Copenhagen, May 14, 2025 — GoPublic today unveiled its bold new Strategy 2025, outlining a transformative roadmap to reimagine how public services are delivered, accessed, and experienced by citizens across Denmark.
At the heart of the new strategy is a commitment to human-centered digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and radical collaboration between public institutions, tech partners, and citizens themselves.
Key Pillars of GoPublic Strategy 2025
1. Digital-First by Default
All new services will be designed as digital-first — intuitive, mobile-friendly, and accessible to all. Legacy systems will be gradually phased out in favor of modular, open-source solutions.
2. Trust by Design
Cybersecurity, data ethics, and transparency are foundational. Citizens will have real-time access to their personal data interactions, with full control and consent mechanisms.
3. Smart Collaboration
Cross-sector partnerships will be scaled up through a new “GovTech Sandbox,” where startups and municipalities co-create and test new public solutions in live environments.
4. Public AI Lab
A newly launched AI Lab will explore ethical applications of AI in case handling, predictive policy analysis, and public communication — starting with pilot projects in social services and healthcare.
5. Climate & Inclusion Metrics
Every new initiative will be assessed on its carbon impact and social equity effects. A new dashboard, launching this summer, will publish live KPIs on inclusivity and sustainability across the public system.
What’s Next?
In Q3 2025, GoPublic will host its first “Civic Design Sprint” — an open invitation for citizens, designers, and civil servants to co-create future-facing prototypes for everyday public challenges.
